Philippine Airlines allow online check-in, and so passengers can visit the web check-in page, quote their booking reference and last name. This facility is open before 24 hours to the last hour of the flight departure scheduled time.

Airport Check-In

Passengers who cannot do online check-in or look for special assistance must check-in with Philippine Airlines counter at the airport. Visit the check-in desk at the airport, and it should be done 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Arriving in advance for international flights gives enough time to complete the process of check-in, security, and baggage drop.

During the special days such as religious celebration day such as All Saints Day, Philippine Airlines requests passengers to arrive three hours before for international flights and two hours for domestic flights as per the scheduled departure time. This is due to heavy passenger traffic.
